At 16.30 (GMT +4) today, team VIRTUe members Bauke Poelsma, Ellen van den Bersselaar, Patty Jager, Puck ten Hoope, Koen van Dijk en Michiel Derikx arrived at Dubai International Airport!
It took only one trip by car from the airport to the hotel to leave us astonished. The impression that we’ve got from photos, videos and maps of this metropolis can hardly compete with the experience of actually being here. We took the rest of the day to settle down and tomorrow morning we start off at the Dubai Marina!
